Digital Interactive Services Limited (DISL) was incorporated in Jamaica in 2008. It is an independent, privately owned and a uniquely Jamaican company, holding an island-wide Special Subscriber Television License issued by the Government of Jamaica. The Company trades under the brand name “ReadyTV”.
ReadyTV’s focus is subscription-based Digital Broadcast Television and is the first of its kind in Jamaica.Our license allows us to use both wired and wireless technology to deliver multiple television and radio channels to our customers. We employ the latest in digital technology to deliver content that entertains, informs and educate.
The brand promise of being “ready” when the customer is, gives us a unique position in the communications industry. Our rule is that the customer is king, powered by our culture of being “Rebellious, Energetic, Adaptive, Determined and Yummy”.

While we are a newcomer to the market, as the African Proverb goes, “If you think you’re too small to make a difference, try sleeping in a closed room with a mosquito!” ReadyTV will serve all members of the community, bridging the digital divide.
Peter is a career banker, currently Snr. Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at the Victoria Mutual Building Society. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons.) in International Studies from York University (Toronto) and has a number of statutory and public sector board directorships.

Chris is an experienced Senior Executive and Entrepreneur. Well known across the Caribbean as one of the founders of Dehring, Bunting and Golding, Jamaica’s first investment bank. He was responsible for launching the sports television channel, Sportsmax, and was the CEO of the ICC Cricket World Cup in 2007. A former Senior Executive with Cable and Wireless, he played numerous roles in the telecommunications industry including: Chairman-C&W Jamaica, Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer–C&W Caribbean, Senior Vice President Government Relations and Executive Leadership Team – CWC Plc.
Director & Co-CEO
David is one of the most technologically capable persons in the region in his field of digital data transmission with over 15 years’ experience in network design, digital broadcast television and data systems. An accomplished programmer, his working experience with the specific technology DVB-T2 is a competitive advantage to the company.
Magnus is a Swedish national with 15 years of senior management experience in fixed and wireless broadband and mobile telecommunications. He is an independent consultant and the former Chief Operations Officer of WIGO SA Peru, General Manager at Yota del Peru, Vice President of Broadband at C&W and Group Director of Next Generation IP Services at Digicel.
Shamena is currently Vice President- Operations at AIC Ltd, providing guidance for AIC’s investments in the Caribbean and broker/dealer relations in Canada. Prior to AIC she served as a consultant to one of Canada’s leading software solution providers, RPM Technologies and has also served in several management positions with Canadian Securities Dealer, Richardson Greenshields of Canada Limited.
Gerard is a 20 year finance oriented veteran with expertise in corporate finance, strategy and management. Currently he is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean LED – the leading manufacturer and distributor of LED lighting in the region. Previous roles include Group CFO at C&W Caribbean, CEO for C&W Barbados, Eastern Caribbean, BVI & TCI; Managing Director of Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance at CIBC First Caribbean International Limited.

Shaggy is a titan in the Jamaican and International entertainment industry. He is celebrated internationally as a recording artiste, bringing a wealth of experience in song writing, producing, artiste management, publishing and copyright. Shaggy’s high profile brand, creative mind and unrivalled contacts and experience in the global entertainment industry is a distinct asset.
